🕒 Return Window
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
📦 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Used or worn jewellery
- Customized or personalized gift items
- Electronics with broken seal or physical damage
- Any item returned after 7 days of delivery
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product (subject to stock availability), please email us at help.dizaan@gmail.com.
💸 Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
🕐 Late or Missing Refunds

- Contact your card company and bank (processing may take time)

🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift, a gift credit will be issued. If not, the refund will be processed to the original buyer.
🚚 Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Use a trackable shipping service for high-value items.
- Return address will be shared via email once your return request is approved.
